Cut booking abandonment from 34% to 11% for a healthcare scheduling platform.
Ran 14 user interviews before touching a single screen. The fix wasn't visual — it was removing three unnecessary steps and a form field nobody could explain the purpose of.
Design system, from zero
Built a 40-component design system adopted across 6 product teams in a year.
Started as a personal Figma library to stop redoing the same button. Now the default starting point for every new feature at the company.
Accessibility audit and remediation
Took the core product from partial to full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
Full audit across 60+ screens, prioritized by actual usage, with a remediation plan the engineering team could actually ship incrementally.
Logistics dashboard redesign
Currently redesigning a dispatcher dashboard used by ops teams 8+ hours a day.
